Groundbreaking ceremony of the poultry hatchery in Tay Ninh Province

     Bel Ga was established in 2013, starting from a small-scale hatchery, now, Bel Ga has become one of the leading companies supplying Day-Old-Chicks and Day-Old-Layers in Vietnam. On the afternoon of August 11, 2020, Bel Ga held a groundbreaking ceremony for the project “Poultry Hatchery” in Tay Ninh Province. This is Bel Ga’s second poultry hatchery.

     After the success of the hatchery in Lam Dong, Bel Ga decided to invest in building a newly and modern hatchery, with the most advanced technology and machinery imported from Europe. The hatchery is located at Lot B3.3A D11 Street, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, An Hoa Ward, Trang Bang Town, Tay Ninh Province with a total area of 14,260 m2. The hatchery is expected to come into operation in the first quarter of 2021 with a designed capacity of 21 million chicks per year.

     Tay Ninh province has a temperate climate, relatively flat terrain, very convenient for comprehensive development in agriculture, industry and construction. In additional, Tay Ninh has a transition position between the mountains and central highlands to the Mekong River Delta, is the bridge between Ho Chi Minh City and Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia and is one of the provinces located in the southern key economic region. Poultry hatchery is built right in this area of Tay Ninh, convenient for distribution of goods to the Southeast and neighboring countries.

     At the ceremony, Mr. Kris Van Daele – General Manager of Bel Ga, said that he was impressed with the infrastructure and professional working of the industrial management of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park and affirmed that this is an ideal location for the company’s long-term strategy. This position contributes to improvement quality breeding chickens by reducing transit times into 8-10 hours to areas in the Mekong Delta and Cambodia. Besides, Tay Ninh also has a very short distance to the Ho Chi Minh city, should be able to transport chickens fastest by air to the North and starting to develop business there.

     By the end of December 2019, Vietnam’s total poultry population reached 467 million, ranks in the top 20 largest poultry producing countries in the world. Currently, the market for poultry is leading the world and tend to increase. To meet that demand, provide the best quality breeding chickens to independent domestic and foreign farmers as well as enhance the position of the Vietnamese poultry industry, towards export, by experience and the enthusiasm of Bel Ga, the cooperation of the construction partners and the facilitation of the local government, we believe that the project will be completed quickly, put into operation and achieve many successes in the future.
